Account Registration and Login

    Who can register on EwingIrrigation.com?

    EwingIrrigation.com is open to anyone! To register, simply click on the Register link from any page. The only requirements for registering a name, valid email address and password between 8 and 17 characters containing at least three of the following: lower case, upper case, digits and a special character. Leading and trailing space will be ignored.

    Can I register and link my Ewing Preferred Cash Card and/or Credit Account?

    Ewing Preferred Cash Card and/or Credit Account customers can link multiple accounts at the time of registering. To link an account, please provide a valid Ewing Preferred Cash Card or Credit Account number and the 10-digit phone number (without hyphens or special characters) for the account(s).

    How do I find my Ewing account number and/or phone number?

    To find your Ewing Preferred Cash Card or Credit account number, simply look on any Ewing Irrigation invoice or monthly statement. If you need further assistance, you may contact your nearest Ewing location, or contact Web Services.

    I signed up for a Ewing account; can I register online and link my new account?

    Yes, you can! Please wait until the next business day to register a Preferred Cash Card or Credit account on EwingIrrigation.com with your new account while your account application is being processed.

    Can I link a Ewing account after I have already registered on EwingIrrigation.com?

    Absolutely! If you registered on our website before applying for a Ewing account or simply forgot to link your account, please contact Web Services to link the account.

    How do I reset my password?

    If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the Forgot My Password link from the account login page. After entering the email address registered with your account, a password reset link will be sent. Click on the link in your email to reset the password.

    I no longer have access to the email registered to the account; how can I update the information?

    If you no longer have access to the email account used to register your account on EwingIrrigation.com, please contact Web Services for assistance.

    I attempted to register and received an alert that my account number/email address is already registered. Why?

    This alert means that the account and/or your email address is already registered on EwingIrrigation.com. If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot My Password link on the account login page. If you feel this is an error, please contact Web Services.

    I received an error message when registering my account that my phone number was invalid. Why?

    To validate your account, we ask for the phone number tied to your account number. If you do not recall the phone number or wish to update the phone number, please contact the Ewing Credit Department.

    Can I see my invoices and monthly statements after registering?

    Yes you can! Please allow 24 hours for all accounting information to become available on EwingIrrigation.com. After waiting 24 hours, you may pay your bill, view invoice history and monthly statements and more from the Account Services section.

    Will my custom Order Pads be migrated from Ewing1.com?

    Order Pads are now called My Items on EwingIrrigation.com. To have this information migrated from Ewing1.com, please contact the Ewing Web Services Team.

    Can I link multiple accounts to a single login after registering?

    Yes! Please contact Web Services to link more accounts to your login.

Profile and User Management

    How do I update my personal information, such as email, password or shipping addresses?

    From your Account Dashboard, you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. The Dashboard allows you to view your most recent web orders and product reviews in addition to updating your user email or password. Note: To update the default billing address, please contact our Credit Department at 800.743.9464.

    Can I add users to my account?

    Registered Ewing Preferred Cash Card and Credit account holders can grant varying levels of access to an unlimited number of users types. The registered administrator on the EwingIrrigation.com account can add users types by navigating to the Dashboard and selecting Manage Users.

    How do I add users to my account?

    From the Dashboard, go to Manage Users. Select "add a new user" and fill in the required contact information. Depending on the user type, you may select a budget amount that the user is allow to purchase, set their active status and choose the account the user has access to.

    Once completed, an email will be sent to the user with a link to set their password. Once the user sets their password, they can login with their email address and the password they set to access the Ewing account with the permissions set by the administrator

    How do I change or remove a previously authorized user from my web account?
    To modify a user, go to your Dashboard and choose Manage Users from the account options. Selecting "edit" next to any user allows the Administrator to change the users name, email address, user type, budget and selected accounts. The Administrator may also toggle if the user is active.

    If you would like to permanently remove a user from the account, please contact Web Services.

    What are the different user types?

    There are five user types an administrator can set. These user types allow full or partial access to certain areas within EwingIrrigation.com for the user.

    • Administrator

      Additional administrators can be added to an account. Administrators have the ability to manage all user types, access Accounting, place orders and create, purchase and approve quotes.
    • User

      Once added, a User has nearly all the same rights as an Administrator, except the ability to manage or add other user types.
    • Sub-User

      This user type can place orders and create, purchase and approve quotes. This user type does not have access to Accounting and cannot manage other user types.
    • Quote

      This user type has the ability to create quotes and purchase quotes once the quote has been approved by a Sub-User, User or Administrator. This user type cannot manage other user types or place orders, unless it is from an approved quote.
    • Accounting

      The Accounting user’s priority is to access the accounting section of EwingIrrigation.com. Accounting users may also create quotes and purchase a quote once it is approved. This user type cannot manage other user types or place orders, unless it is from an approved quote.

    What payment methods are accepted on EwingIrrigation.com?

    We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® from banks located inside the U.S. when making a purchase or payment on EwingIrrigation.com. Click here to learn more about acceptable payment methods.

    How do I check on the status of my order?

    For orders placed for will-call or local delivery, please contact the Ewing location chosen at the time of purchasing. For orders being shipped via FedEx®, please contact Web Services for updated shipping information.

    Can I order an item and pick up in store?

    Currently, only Ewing Preferred Cash Card or Credit account holders may purchase online and select "In-store Pickup" at the time of checkout. Shoppers that do not have a Ewing Preferred Cash Card or Credit account may only choose FedEx® as a delivery option.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Yes. For orders placed for will-call or local delivery, please contact the Ewing location chosen at the time of purchasing. For orders being shipped FedEx®, orders may be changed prior to your order being processed and shipped. Please contact Web Services for assistance.

    How do I make a return or exchange?

    Returns and exchanges may be requested up to 30 days after the original date of receipt and are accepted online or at one of our locations. Click here to learn more about Ewing’s returns and exchanges policies.

    What does it mean when a product is labeled "out of stock"?

    When an item is listed as "out of stock", this means there are currently none available in stock at the Ewing location you have chosen, or from the EwingIrrigation.com warehouse. Please contact your local Ewing location or Web Services for questions about the availability of these items before placing your order.

    What does it mean when a product is labeled "Special Order"?

    When an item is listed as "Special Order" this means the item is not typically stocked and will require us to bring in the item from the manufacturer. Please contact your local Ewing location or the Ewing Web Services Team for questions about the availability and lead times of these items before placing your order.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, purchases made on EwingIrrigation.com are only eligible to be shipped within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
